1, DESCRIPTION
1.1, Mainly Usage & Scope Application
SG and SBK series three-phase dry power transformers are widely used in 50/60 Hz alternating current, 1000V voltage and the following electric circuit: A set of low-voltage switch appliances and three-phase transformers controlled by electric appliances.
1.2, ZSG series three-phase whole current dry power transformers are reserved for whole current use. When they go through whole current, they serve the purposes of charging, voltage adjustment and source current of direct current.
2, TRANSFOMER SERVICE CONDITIONS & INSTALLMENT
Transformers can work in conditions as follows:
2.1, The installment highly doesn't surpass elevation 2000m.
2.2, The surrounding materials temperature is not higher than +40 and lower than -5
2.3, The surrounding air relative humidity is not bigger than 90%(+25 when)
2.4, Free from dangerous explosive materials as well as mental-corroded or insulation-destroyed gas and conducted current dust.
2.5, The installment environment does not have gradient and vibration.
2.6, The supply voltage profile is approximate to the sine wave. The three-phase supply voltage approximate is symmetrical.

4, USING INTRODUCTION
4.1, Open packing container and take out machine and other spares like instruction. Read instruction carefully for right use.
4.2, Place transformer in rigid place getting away from vibration and corrosion.
4.3, Please test circuit whether the voltage of current is equal to rated input voltage value before use
(± 5% is allowed). If it surpasses the scope, please add front stabilized power supply.
4.4, Connect lines according to identification. If all is right, go through electricity.
5, NOTICES
5.1, Assume the total capacity of electric appliances you use before buying and choose more bountiful electricity transformer.
5.2, Proofread brand and kinds of statistics in additional instruction before use. Install your transformers if the way of connecting line is at your request.
5.3, After the transformer works with electricity, it is normal that its iron core and coil become hot. Please cut off the circuit if the temperature goes high, even the smoke happens. Inspect your electric capacity again and adjust it.
5.4, Avoid collision in transportation as possible and damp. Maintain your transformer when using.
